For Quran Teachers

1. Hiring and Qualifications 

·        Teachers must provide proof of qualifications (e.g., Ijazah, teaching experience). 

·        The academy will conduct interviews and background checks before hiring. 

2. Class Delivery 

·        Teachers must start and end classes on time. 

·        Teachers must use the academy's approved curriculum and teaching materials. 

·        Teachers must maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. 

3. Payments 

·        Teachers will be paid on a monthly basis based on the number of classes taught. 

·        The academy will deduct a small percentage as a platform fee. 

4. Confidentiality 

·        Teachers must not share student information or class recordings with third parties. 

5. Termination 

·        The academy may terminate a teacher's contract for misconduct or poor performance. 

·        Teachers may resign by providing 30 days' notice.
