1. Enrollment and Registration 

·        Students must provide accurate information during registration. 

·        Students under 18 must have parental consent to enroll. 

·        The academy reserves the right to reject any application without explanation. 

2. Class Scheduling and Attendance 

·        Students must schedule classes in advance. 

·        If a student misses a class without prior notice, the class will be forfeited. 

·        Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. 

3. Fees and Payments 

·        Fees must be paid in advance for the selected plan. 

·        No refunds will be provided for missed classes unless the academy cancels the class. 

·        The academy reserves the right to change pricing plans with prior notice.  

4. Code of Conduct 

·        Students must respect teachers and fellow students at all times. 

·        Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services. 

·        Students must maintain a quiet and focused environment during classes. 

5. Technical Requirements 

·        Students must have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a camera. 

·        The academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end. 

6. Termination 

·        The academy may terminate services if a student violates the terms and conditions. 

·        Students may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused classes.
