Rules and Regulation

Below is a complete list of “Rules & Regulation”, which is bound for both teachers as well as students. To ensure more transparency, discipline and monitoring, institution has the right to change or amend these terms at any time. If some changes are made, the entire stakeholders will be informed viva notification. In case of not agreeing, anyone can terminate its contact at any time.

Teachers, parents and students are requested to make frequent visit of this page.

For Students 

1. Enrollment and Registration 

·        Students must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. 

·        Students under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to enroll in the academy. 

·        The academy reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. 

2. Class Scheduling and Attendance 

·        Students are required to schedule classes in advance through the academy’s platform. 

·        If a student misses a class without prior notice, the class will be considered forfeited. 

·        Rescheduling of classes is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. 

3. Fees and Payments 

·        Fees for classes must be paid in advance according to the selected plan. 

·        No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless the cancellation is initiated by the academy. 

·        The academy reserves the right to modify pricing plans with prior notice to students. 

4. Code of Conduct 

·        Students must maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward teachers and fellow students at all times. 

·        Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services. 

·        Students are expected to create a quiet and focused environment during classes. 

5. Technical Requirements 

·        Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a functioning microphone, and a camera for classes. 

·        The academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end that may disrupt the class. 

6. Termination 

·        The academy reserves the right to terminate services if a student violates these terms and conditions. 

·        Students may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused classes. 

For Quran Teachers 

1. Hiring and Qualifications 

·        Teachers must provide valid proof of qualifications, such as an Ijazah (certification) and teaching experience. 

·        The academy will conduct interviews and background checks before finalizing the hiring process. 

2. Class Delivery 

·        Teachers must begin and end classes on time as per the scheduled timings. 

·        Teachers are required to use the academy’s approved curriculum and teaching materials. 

·        Teachers must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times during classes. 

3. Payments 

·        Teachers will receive payments on a monthly basis based on the number of classes taught. 

·        A small percentage of the earnings will be deducted as a platform fee by the academy. 

4. Confidentiality 

·        Teachers must not share any student information, class recordings, or academy materials with third parties. 

5. Termination 

·        The academy may terminate a teacher’s contract in cases of misconduct, poor performance, or violation of these terms. 

·        Teachers may resign by providing a 30-day notice to the academy. 

·        Additional Terms for Both Students and Teachers 

1. Intellectual Property 

·        All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and other resources, are the intellectual property of the academy and may not be shared or distributed without permission. 

2. Privacy Policy 

·        The academy will collect and use personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of providing services. This information will not be shared with third parties without consent. 

3. Limitation of Liability 

·        The academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. 

4. Amendments to Terms 

·        The academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes. 

5. Governing Law
